About Ama
I'm a metro Atlanta agent who works almost exclusively with families upsizing to a bigger home.
I'm wired for order, the kind of person who needs things to make sense, who's always looking for the best way to do something, even when the current way is working fine. On a transaction with this many moving parts, that's not a personality quirk. That's what keeps your closing date from slipping and your contractor's visit from colliding with your final walkthrough.
I'm also genuinely driven to take care of people, not as a sales tactic, but because it's just how I'm built. I notice what's not being said. I care about getting it right more than I care about getting it done fast. If you've ever worked with someone who treated you like a file number, you'll feel the difference immediately.
I didn't narrow it down because I couldn't do the rest.
I spent six years as a general-practice agent, and I did nearly every kind of transaction there is.
VA buyers, which a lot of agents quietly avoid and which taught me more about contract structure than anything else. Corporate relocations on brutal timelines. Sellers. Entrepreneurs buying on income that doesn't fit a standard box. And I mentored new agents, which is a different education entirely: you learn fast what this business actually rewards, and it isn't always what serves the client.
Breadth is what let me see the pattern.
The clients with the most at stake were getting the least attention. Not first-time buyers; they get guides, checklists, an entire industry pointed at them. It was the families selling a home they'd outgrown while trying to buy a bigger one. Two closings, one set of money, a hundred ways for the timing to go wrong. And almost every time, they were handed a listing agreement and left to sequence it themselves.
That's the hardest move in residential real estate, and it was being run as two easy ones.
So I stopped taking everything else.
Before real estate, my background was marketing, branding, and business development, which is why the marketing side of a Luxe listing looks the way it does. Luxe is also led by Michael, a digital strategist who has spent almost a decade working for global businesses.
Exceptional service shouldn't be reserved for luxury price points. That's the belief the whole brokerage sits on. You're not a transaction. You're making one of the largest financial decisions of your life, and across the table from a builder or a seller, the "just a couple thousand" another agent leaves behind follows you for thirty years.
