The Luxe Standard

One standard, whoever you work with

We're a boutique brokerage, not a roster of interchangeable agents. That distinction matters, because it tells you what to actually expect when you work with anyone who carries the Luxe name.

Mission

To replace the guesswork and chaos of real estate with clarity, strategy, and genuine care, especially for the moves that matter most, like upsizing a family out of the home they've outgrown and into the one they need.

Drive

Every Luxe agent is here because they chose depth over breadth. We're not generalists collecting transactions. We're specialists who'd rather do fewer moves exceptionally well than chase volume at the expense of the people we're serving.

Every Luxe agent is held to the same standard, regardless of who you end up working with:

  • A real plan, not a guess.

Every client gets a clear strategy before a single showing or listing photo happens, grounded in real numbers, not hope.

  • Communication that doesn't go quiet.

You will never wonder what's happening with your transaction. If something needs your attention, you'll hear about it before it becomes a problem.

  • Expertise that's earned, not assumed.

Every Luxe agent is selected and trained to actually understand the moves they're guiding clients through. Not just licensed to sell, but skilled at solving.

  • Representation that puts you first.

Builder reps work for builders. Listing agents on the other side work for sellers. Your Luxe agent works for you, full stop.

  • A standard that doesn't change when the agent does.

Our roster will grow and evolve over time. What won't change is the experience you're guaranteed the moment you work with anyone carrying the Luxe name.

This is what selective membership in our Founders Society and our broader agent standards are built to protect. Not a badge, but a guarantee about what happens when you trust us with your move.

Ama Ayers, upsize real estate specialist, seated in an armchair in a metro Atlanta home
About Ama · Realtor® | SRS

I decided to master one move instead of dabbling in all of them.

I'm a metro Atlanta agent who works almost exclusively with families upsizing to a bigger home. Here's how I got here, what I believe about doing this well, and what it's like to have Luxe in your corner.

How I got here

The short version of a longer story

I'll be honest about who I am, because I think it matters for the kind of work I do.

How I'm wired

I'm wired for order, the kind of person who needs things to make sense, who's always looking for the best way to do something, even when the current way is working fine. On a transaction with this many moving parts, that's not a personality quirk. That's what keeps your closing date from slipping and your contractor's visit from colliding with your final walkthrough.

How I'm built

I'm also genuinely driven to take care of people, not as a sales tactic, but because it's just how I'm built. I notice what's not being said. I care about getting it right more than I care about getting it done fast. If you've ever worked with someone who treated you like a file number, you'll feel the difference immediately.

Before real estate

I've spent years in digital marketing, branding, sales, and business development before and alongside real estate, which means I don't just know how to sell a home. I know how to position it, market it, and negotiate it like the asset it actually is.

The choice

Most agents try to be everything to everyone: first-time buyers, downsizers, investors, luxury listings, all of it. I went the other direction. I picked one move, the one I believe matters most and gets the least real guidance: helping homeowners upsize, and upsize well.

The days of settling for less than stellar representation on your most expensive financial asset are far behind us. You shouldn't have to choose between an agent who's nice and an agent who's actually good at this. You deserve both, and that's the standard I hold myself to on every transaction.

What I believe

What I believe about doing this well

01
Depth beats breadth.

Most agents will list anything for anyone. I'd rather be the best in town at one move than average at all of them. Specializing means I know the upsize playbook cold, the financing, the timing, the negotiation, because it's all I do.

02
The upsize move is the one the industry handles worst.

First-time buyers get all the guides. Luxury gets all the marketing. The family in the middle, selling one home and buying a bigger one at once, gets left to figure out the hardest part alone. That's the gap I built my business to fill.

03
The agent matters more than the market.

The same house, the same conditions, handled by the right agent versus the wrong one, produces completely different outcomes. Most people don't realize how much rides on who's in their corner until they've had the wrong one.

04
Communication and advocacy aren't extras, they're the job.

Answering the phone, telling you the truth, and fighting for every dollar isn't "going above and beyond." It's the baseline. The fact that it's become rare is exactly the problem.

05
A small client list is a feature, not a limitation.

You can't fight hard for forty people at once. Fewer clients means every client gets our best work, not what's left of it.

The experience

What it's like to work with us

  • You'll always know where things stand.

We'd rather over-communicate than leave you refreshing the Zillow app for news about your own home.

  • We'll tell you the truth, even when it isn't what you want to hear.

Including when the smartest move is to stay and renovate instead of selling.

  • Your move runs on a system.

The Luxe Upsize Method means the hardest part, selling and buying at the same time, gets handled on purpose, not left to luck.

  • We negotiate hard, and we don't disappear.

Through closing and long after, you've got our number.

When I'm not selling homes

When I'm not working, I'm usually somewhere new on the map with my family, or just quietly grateful for how beautiful this world is. I think that gratitude shows up in how I treat people, too.

"For a star to be born, there is one thing that must happen: a gaseous nebula must collapse. So collapse. Crumble. This is not your destruction."

I love this quote because it's true of more than stars. Growth is rarely comfortable. Sometimes the thing that feels like it's falling apart, a plan changing, a season ending, a house you've outgrown, isn't destruction at all. It's just what collapse looks like on the way to becoming something bigger.

I think about that a lot in this work. The families I help aren't just changing addresses. They're often closing one chapter to make room for the next one, and that's rarely as tidy as it looks from the outside. I want every client to know: if this season feels like it's crumbling a little, that might just mean something good is forming.
